Membership terms
- 3-month minimum commitment — after that, continue month-to-month for as long as you like.
- Cancel anytime after the first 3 months with 30 days written notice. No prorated refunds.
- Life happens: one complimentary membership pause per year, no questions asked.
- Founding members lock their rate for 6 months as a thank-you for being early.
What's not included
- NAD+ therapies (available at standard pricing)

- Mobile IV services — memberships apply to in-lounge visits
- Prescription medications or controlled substances
- Upgrade fees — your member discount doesn't apply to the price difference
Every infusion and injection is administered by Registered Nurses under the medical direction of Dr. Adina M Buxton, MD. A brief pre-treatment health assessment is required at every visit — your wellbeing always comes first. If IV therapy is ever no longer clinically appropriate for you, your membership can be paused or ended without penalty.
